ir100 exam tips part a....

1) When lacking evidence, quote obscure/non-existent sources
"according to ir theorists kaya, puee, gullnaz and esther, there is no point discussing globalisation because it will happen anyway (k, p, g, e, et al, 'Why we shouldn't discuss globalisation', Bahrain, 2006)"

2) even if you don't understand the question, use big impressive terms. "according to the realist perspective, unipolarity due to the presence of a global hegemon is only a transitory stage in an anarchical state system. this is because by balance of power theory, states will see the preponderant power as a threat to its security and strive to balance it." ahahahahaha.

3) every essay must have the terms "anarchical state system", "sovereignty", and "realist" just for kicks
